Are you a passionate educator ready to make a tangible impact? We are seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join our specialist team. You will deliver engaging, personalised lessons to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs who require an alternative to mainstream education. This is more than a teaching role; it is a chance to inspire and re‑engage young people through sensitivity, high expectations, and creative instruction.

Cambian Northampton School is an independent specialist provision that provides quality and personalised education for up to 30 young people ranging from ages 11 to 16 with on‑going social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Our well‑qualified and experienced staff work continuously to provide positive education experiences that combine high expectations for our students with sensitivity to their individual needs. The school offers a nurturing and caring environment which allows all our young people to thrive and achieve their full potential.

• Qualifications:
  
  QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
