  • Pay: £93‑£110 per day (Paid weekly)
  • Hours:

    8:30 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only – evenings, weekends, and school holidays are free)

The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide targeted support:
    Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who have diverse learning and emotional needs.
  • Break down barriers:
    Help pupils navigate emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges with patience and care.
  • Adapt & include:
    Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities so every child can succeed.
  • Collaborate:
    Partner with teachers and SENCOs to keep the classroom safe, positive, and happy.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Backgrounds in schools, care, psychology, youth work, or sports coaching are highly desirable.
  • Experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) or Team Teach training is a huge plus (free training offered).
  • Patient, empathetic, and level‑headed when handling challenging moments.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one before September.
  • Desire for long‑term stability – straight permanent or guaranteed Temp‑to‑Perm pathway.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Full DBS and child protection training will be provided where necessary.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance “Keeping Children Safe in Education.” All candidates must have or be able to obtain a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance is provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07 % statutory holiday pay.
