About the Role

The Role

Teach Multi-Skills construction programmes from Entry Level to Level 2/3
Deliver engaging classroom lessons and practical workshop sessions
Teach a range of construction disciplines, including brickwork, carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating, and basic plumbing
Support curriculum development and employer engagement activities where appropriate
Develop learning resources and assess learner progress
Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships, and further study Requirements

A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in brickwork or carpentry
Broad industry experience across multiple construction disciplines
Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
A passion for developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople Benefits
