Pay: £130 - £261 per day (depending on role, experience and pay scale)

Mana Education is currently recruiting Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers for a range of special schools, alternative provisions, and specialist education settings across Northampton and the surrounding areas.

SEN Specialisms We SupportWe welcome applications from teachers with experience supporting pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC / ASD)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)
- PMLD (Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties)
- MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
- ADHD / Behavioural Needs
- Complex Needs and sensory needs
We also work with schools specialising in:
- Alternative Provision (AP)
- PRU / Behaviour Support Schools
- Specialist SEN Schools
- Resource Bases within mainstream schools
We are keen to hear from teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching pupils with SEN / SEND
- Have strong behaviour management and pastoral skills
- Are passionate about supporting vulnerable learners

- Experienced SEN Teachers
- Primary or Secondary Teachers looking to transition into SEN
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with SEN placements
- Teachers with SEMH / behaviour support experience
