Job Title – Foundation Learning Lecturer
Salary – £28,000 – £36,000
Location – Northamptonshire
Contract – Full Time, Permanent

Role Responsibilities- Formulate and execute tailored lesson plans that cater to diverse student abilities within entry-level programmes.
- Guide learners through practical and academic modules designed to build independent living capabilities.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate student progress using inclusive and encouraging assessment techniques.
- Collaborate closely with learning support assistants to provide a seamless, structured classroom environment.
- Guide and mentor students to boost their confidence, social awareness, and future employability options.
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent standard.
- Proven experience supporting or teaching individuals with special educational needs (SEN).
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach to alternative education pathways.
- Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.
- Possession of a current Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
- Assessor awards or verifier credentials (Desired but not essential)
