SEN Teaching Assistant – Permanent Role
In a specialist Secondary Alternative Provision school in Northampton, supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours.
Location:
Northampton
Salary: £90 – £130 per day
Start Date:
Immediate
Job Type: Full-Time – Long-Term Opportunity
Driver’s Licence & Own Vehicle Required.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support.
- Help manage student behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Previous SEN or behavioural support experience.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude.
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required.
