Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Northampton from September.

The Role- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, class teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress.
- Develop and implement individual learning plans and interventions.
- Monitor and assess pupil achievement, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching primary-aged pupils with SEN, or a strong interest in developing within this area.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach.
