KS2 Teacher (Full-Time) - Primary School (Northampton)

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent (or Fixed Term if required)

Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Requirement:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a high-performing, Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Northampton from September. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for all pupils.

The Role
  • Teach a KS2 class, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Plan and assess effectively to ensure all pupils make excellent progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across year groups and phases
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events
The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
  • Has experience or a strong interest in teaching KS2
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
  • Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring young learners
  • Works well as part of a team and is committed to whole‑school improvement
