As a Construction Management Lecturer you will teach and support learners across full‑time, part‑time, and short courses. You will deliver engaging practical and theory sessions, assess student work, provide pastoral support, and help learners develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed within the industry.

• Teach Construction & Civil Engineering from Level 2 to HNC.
• Mentor and support learners through their qualifications.
• Help develop new courses and curriculum content.
• Participate in curriculum and course development.
• Manage your own timetable.
• Deliver engaging practical and theory sessions.
• Assess student work and provide pastoral support.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in construction.
• Ability or willingness to teach or assess at HNC/BTEC level.
• Motivation to inspire and develop the next generation.
• Resides within commutable distance of Northampton.

The college will fully fund your Level 5 teaching qualification, so no prior teaching experience is required – only industry knowledge and the passion to pass it on.
