What you’ll be doing

The Admissions and Marketing Officer (Admissions Lead) plays a lead role in delivering a welcoming, seamless and high-quality admissions experience for prospective students and their families. Leading on the day-to-day admissions process, the postholder will manage enquiries, coordinate visits and events, and guide families through every stage of the admissions journey - converting interest into enrolment to maximise student acquisition.

With a strong focus on customer experience, they will use the school's CRM system to manage leads effectively, track engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen conversion. They will communicate clearly and confidently the school's ethos, the benefits of an all-girls' education and the value of being part of the GDST.

As part of a collaborative wider team, this role also supports the delivery of marketing and communication activities that bring the school's story to life - strengthening relationships and attracting new students.

What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role
  • Experience leading or supporting an admissions process within an educational environment, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer care
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner. Strong influencing and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage colleagues in supporting the admissions process and inspire prospective families to choose the school
  • Confident in using a CRM systems, digital tools, databases and spreadsheets to manage records and generate reports
