The Role- Lead on behaviour, attendance, and pastoral care
- Manage and support students with challenging behaviour
- Deliver targeted interventions for vulnerable pupils
- Work closely with SLT, safeguarding, and external agencies
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Drive a positive and consistent school culture
- Experience in pastoral, behaviour, inclusion, or safeguarding roles
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Confident, resilient, and able to build rapport quickly
- Background in education, youth work, or support settings desirable
- Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
- Supportive leadership and clear behaviour systems
