Due to continued investment and exciting plans for growth, they are looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Plumbing Lecturer to join their Construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional or qualified lecturer who wants to inspire learners while helping to shape and expand a thriving curriculum area.

The Role
As a Plumbing Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging practical and theory-based teaching across Level 1 to Level 3 Plumbing programmes, helping learners develop the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in the industry.
You'll act as a course tutor for full-time and part-time students, supporting their progress, attendance and wellbeing, while contributing to curriculum development to ensure courses meet evolving industry needs. You'll also deliver practical demonstrations and workshop sessions, playing a key role in growing and developing the college's Plumbing provision.

Who are we looking for?
 
You’ll have strong industry experience within Plumbing and be qualified to level 3 in plumbing or a related subject.
The ability to motivate, engage and inspire learners of varying abilities.
A teaching and assessing qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.
Experience developing apprentices or young people is highly desirable
A genuine passion for developing future plumbing professionals.  What’s on offer?
 
Salary up to £45,000 per annum.
