About the Role The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children within our Nursery. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities Supporting children's learning through purposeful play and planned activities Assisting with planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress Working collaboratively with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents Who We Are Looking For Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting A genuine passion for early childhood development Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits at Quinton House A happy, supportive, and inspirational school community Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Free lunch during term time Free on‑site parking Generous school fee discount for your own children Commitment to ongoing professional development
