We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Secondary Alternative Provision school in Northampton. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours, helping them build confidence, re‑engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group SEN support
• Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
• Build strong relationships with students and staff

• Previous SEN or behavioural support experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
