Teaching Assistant

• Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.
• Provide 1-1 or small group support to students who need additional help.
• Supervise students in and around the classroom.
• Help maintain classroom discipline, promoting a respectful atmosphere.

• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with children
• Previous experience working in schools (beneficial but not essential)
• Calm and adaptable approach to dealing with any changes in the classroom
• Previous experience of working with SEN children advantageous
