At Teaching Tomorrow, we're delighted to be working with a good primary school in Northamptonshire , looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a long term basis from September 2025.This primary school are looking for someone for the start of the new academic year in September on a full-time basis, with the role including planning and marking responsibilities.

This role would be perfect for both an ECT and a Fully Qualified Teacher.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECTStrong and successful Year 3 / Key Stage 2 teaching experience

Must be available 5 days a week Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 2 students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Utilise strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Implement behavior management strategies to support student development and maintain classroom discipline.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching practices.

Uphold the standards of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in all teaching activities.
