The college is looking to appoint a permanent, full-time Exams Administrator to join their Exams Team from August. The successful Exams Administrator will support the administration of both online and paper-based examinations, process examination entries accurately, maintain student records, assist with access arrangements and concessions, and work closely with the Exams Manager to ensure all awarding body and JCQ requirements are met.

The successful Exams Administrator will have:

• Experience working within an examinations, education or administrative environment

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

• Experience processing data accurately using Management Information Systems (MIS) or similar databases

• The ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict examination deadlines

• Strong communication skills with the ability to support staff, students and invigilators

• A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
