Monarch Education is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Qualified Secondary Science Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Northampton on a full‑time basis from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Science lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and academic achievement.
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting. The ability to teach Biology, Chemistry, or Physics to GCSE level is desirable, alongside strong classroom management skills and a passion for helping students reach their full potential.
We are looking for someone who is:- A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder
- Experienced in teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4
- Passionate about delivering engaging, inclusive, and inspiring lessons
- Confident in assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
- Able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people
