Seetec Pluss is recruiting a Community Coach for the Skills Future programme delivered with Cornwall Council. You will provide personalised one-to-one support to young people with SEN, helping them build confidence, resilience and practical skills to progress into education, training or employment.
Based across Cornwall in community settings, you will co-produce action plans, work with families and partners, and deliver high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance.
