Luma Education Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Behaviour Mentor, SEMH Teaching Assistant or related support worker to join a SEMH school in Norfolk delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions for students with SEMH, ASD and ADHD.
You will work with teachers and SEN professionals to create a safe, engaging learning environment, support behaviour management, and help students with attendance and personal development.
