Fairisle Junior School is seeking a Teaching and Learning Coach & Mentor (TLR2) to lead by example and raise pupil outcomes within a collaborative school culture. This non-class-based role reflects our commitment to ensuring every child benefits from an excellent teacher.
You will join the middle leadership team with a TLR2 allowance, delivering coaching across KS2, planning CPD, mentoring ECTs and supporting curriculum development for sustained improvements in practice.
