We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Northampton this September.

This is a school where relationships matter. Staff know their students well, behaviour is positive, and there is a real sense of community. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, encouragement, and creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive.

The role will involve:
  • Teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity about human and physical geography

  • Supporting students to develop analytical, enquiry, and map-reading skills

  • Contributing to enrichment opportunities including field trips and extracurricular activities

  • Supporting students’ personal development and wider understanding of global issues

We are looking for someone who:
  • Is passionate about Geography and inspiring young people to learn

  • Builds strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues

  • Has high expectations and creates a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
