Malcolm Arnold Academy seeks a dedicated Pastoral Leader to support the Pastoral and Senior Leadership Teams in raising achievement and behaviour standards. You will promote a strong sense of belonging across year groups and work with students, staff and families to help every pupil flourish.
The role is permanent, 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with access to Local Government Pension Scheme and CPD opportunities.
