Position: Plumbing/ Heating Lecturer

£40 - £50 per hour inside IR35
Two roles available
1x Full Time
1x 3 Days a Week

On Site Northampton - commutable from Coventry, Bedford, Peterborough, Banbury and surrounding areas

3 months Rolling Contract Or Temp to perm, your preference)

Are you an experienced plumbing & Heating Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next immediately available contract role, working in a renowned FE College on a rolling contract?

Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced plumbing & Heating professional looking to showcase your skillset and pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers?

You'll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with previous Training/ Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college.

The Role:

Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the plumbing sector
Assess and support apprentices working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standards
Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners
£40 - £50 - 3 Month Rolling Contract

The Person :

Level 3 Plumbing / Heating

Level 3 Gas / Heating Engineering

Current or previous industry experience working in plumbing or similar industries

Teaching qualification (desirable)

Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous

Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
