A fantastic opportunity has arisen at St James CE Primary School! We are looking to recruit a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Teacher, to join our committed team. Dedicated to supporting, inspiring and leading the brilliant children in our school. Working together and supporting every child to flourish, feel safe, and enjoy the exciting journey of learning and discovery. We also have a large Pastoral Team that provides support to children and families across a wide range of wellbeing and safeguarding issues.
Including our two specialist units that support our most vulnerable learners and highly skilled staff who support children to flourish.
- Is enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly.

- Has proven experience in delivering the curriculum in a creative and tailored way, to sustain the academic achievement of all pupils.
- Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
- Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom.
- Can make special contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member.
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children's welfare - both at home and in school. A supportive environment where contributions and ideas are encouraged, valued and supported.
