ResponsibilitiesThis Cover Supervisor role in Luton will particularly suit individuals who:
- Have a background in sports coaching, physical education, or youth mentoring.
- Enjoy working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
- Are confident managing behaviour and promoting emotional regulation through sport and activity-based learning.

As a Cover Supervisor in Luton, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and encouraging students to engage in learning through structure, motivation, and consistency.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications- Experience working with young people or within a school, coaching, or youth setting.
- A strong interest in mental health, resilience, and positive behaviour support.
