Staffordshire County Council is seeking a part-time Communication Support Worker for The Orme Academy's Autism Inclusion Team. You will work 26 hours across four days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) 8:20am–3:20pm, starting 2 November 2026, to support autistic pupils in accessing learning and school life.
You will collaborate with teachers and other support workers to create an autism-friendly environment, promoting inclusion, independence and positive relationships across the school community.
