As an Inclusion Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting students across the school, either within specialist provisions or mainstream classrooms. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.

• Delivering targeted one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Supporting students with additional educational, social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
• Working collaboratively with teachers to adapt learning and remove barriers to progress.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and achievement.
• Building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.

• Has experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Is passionate about inclusion and supporting student wellbeing.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Can motivate, engage, and inspire students.
• Is resilient, adaptable, and committed to making a positive difference.
• Works effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
• This role would suit experienced Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Learning Mentors, Behaviour Mentors, Pastoral Support Workers, Youth Workers, or individuals looking to build a career within education.
