We are currently recruiting for
Learning Support Assistants to join a Further Education provider in Northamptonshire on a temporary basis.
These rewarding roles involve supporting learners to achieve their full potential, providing tailored assistance both inside and outside the classroom. Opportunities are available for candidates with a passion for education, inclusion and learner success, particularly those with experience supporting students with additional needs.
The successful candidate will have:- Experience supporting young people or adults within an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with learners and staff
- A patient, supportive and learner-focused approach
