The opportunity
A welcoming SEN school in Redbridge is seeking a learning support assistant to help pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs enjoy purposeful, well-supported school days.
What you will do
- Support accessible lessons, sensory activities and communication routines.
- Follow individual support plans and agreed regulation strategies.
- Encourage participation, choice and growing independence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care staff.
What you will bring
- Relevant complex-needs, PMLD, care or classroom experience.
- A calm, attentive approach and strong teamwork.
- QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
- PAYE pay with clear assignment information.
