- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Contributing to the development of maintenance strategies for the properties.
- Providing expert advice on disrepair matters to colleagues and management as required.
Profile
A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:
- A relevant qualification in surveying, construction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as required.
