£45,000 + Company Vehicle + Company Tools & PPE + Pension + Training & Qualifications + Progression

Are you an experienced Electrical or Solar PV Engineer looking to progress your career within a growing renewable energy business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding UK renewable energy company specialising in commercial and industrial Solar PV, BESS and wider energy solutions.

With the company's installed base continuing to grow, they are expanding their O&M division and are looking for a hands-on engineer who wants to develop technically, take on more responsibility and progress within the business.

The Role

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial Solar PV sites
Fault-find across inverters, AC/DC systems and monitoring equipment
Complete electrical testing, inspections and remedial works
Diagnose system underperformance and resolve technical issues
Complete site reports and liaise with clients and the wider O&M team
Travel nationally to C&I Solar PV sites, with occasional overnight stays

Genuine progression opportunities are available as the O&M division and wider business continue to grow.

The Person

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition
2391 or equivalent
Hands-on Solar PV experience
Strong electrical fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable working independently and travelling nationally
