Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer specialising in ductwork and commercial building services? This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, employee-owned company delivering high-profile projects across data centres, schools, RAF facilities, and secure sites.

You’ll be part of a professional engineering team, maintaining and installing mechanical systems to the highest standards while working on exciting, technically challenging projects.

Your Role as Mechanical Engineer Will Include:

* Installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on ductwork systems

* Working on HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated mechanical plant

* Supporting project teams with site coordination and quality checks

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations

* Assisting with mechanical design, technical support, and commissioning

What We’re Looking For:

* NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

* Proven experience in ductwork and mechanical building services

* Strong hands-on mechanical skills and fault-finding ability

* Good communication, professionalism, and proactive attitude

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
