Stantec is looking for a Graduate Geo‑technical Consultant to join our highly successful Geo team in Northampton, as part of the 2026 Graduate Programme. You will work on sustainable projects for communities, the planet and society across diverse sectors such as renewable, defence, commercial and residential.
Responsibilities- Design and manage site investigations, including on‑site supervision, logging and sampling.
- Produce factual and interpretative reports.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessment.
- Collaborate with integrated project teams of geo‑environmental and geotechnical specialists.
- Apply knowledge of related disciplines (civil, structural, transport, air quality, acoustics, flood risk) to support project delivery.
- Support clients through the planning and construction process.
- Degree or master’s qualification in a relevant subject (geology, civil engineering, environmental science, etc.).
- Unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing situations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from the office a minimum of 4 days per week.
