Electrical Site Manager – Covering England

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum (average OTE up to £80,000);
Vehicle & Fuel Card; employee‑owned high voltage electrical engineering company.

Founded over 45 years ago, this employee‑owned business specializes in electrical power infrastructure, grid connections, and renewable energy generation. We are seeking an Electrical Site Manager to advance your career with training and join an established team in an exciting, progressive British business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and provide input to regular meetings with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient site management.
  • Prepare for and complete internal and external audits with the SHEQ team.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are pre‑arranged, inspected and maintained before site arrival.
  • Co‑ordinate all planned works with clients, Project Engineer/Manager and supply‑chain partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and supply‑chain partners.
  • Contribute to the future success of Powersystems and its clients.
  • Proactively look for ways to enhance services and improve company processes.
  • Uphold a professional image and improve services and efficiency.
  • Embrace and demonstrate the company's 5 core principles: health, safety and well‑being; professionalism; pride; partnership; and proactive skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience leading complex electrical installations or exceptional technical skill in the high‑voltage sector.
  • Successfully completed SMSTS training.
  • 2–3 years relevant experience in electrical engineering within contracting or utility industries.
  • Strong organisational, time‑management, IT (MS Office) and report‑writing skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, proactive and willing to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without limitation.
