My client is looking for an experienced pump engineer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude with a minimum 3 years' experience in a pump service / maintenance / installation role undertaking PPM visits and on call rota. Experience in maintaining packaged sewage treatment plant is preferred but not essential.
Pump Service Engineer role- Travel to customers sites throughout the Midlands and Southern UK.
- Undertake PPM maintenance activities with another team member or solo
- Undertake reactive maintenance activities with another team member or solo
- Work as part of an out of hours rota
- Identify remedial works and report back with full details to enable effective quoting
- Responsible attitude towards efficiency and Health and Safety
- Build good relationships with clients
- Complete time sheets
- 3 years' experience pump service and maintenance
- Can do attitude.
- Confined Space Trained
- Willing to work away
- Desire to progress both your career and the interests of the company
- Be able to fault find electrically in control panels
- Average of 2 nights away from home per week
- Salary £48k OTE
