Field-Based - Covering all of England up to Manchester

£38,000 - £42,000 + Van + Overtime + Progression + Training Investment + Health Insurance + Pension + Holidays

Are you a Geotechnical Engineer with site investigation experience looking for a clear and fast route to Senior level?

The company are a well-established service provider to the ground investigation industry, delivering geotechnical and site investigation drilling across borehole drilling, groundwater installations, C  testing, soakaways, concrete coring and structural investigation. Working across rail, energy and highways, they have ambitious growth plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years creating real opportunities for the right people to step up as the business expands.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience within geotechnical site investigation work and be able to supervise drilling rigs. They must hold a full driving license and be happy to travel, with work covering anywhere up to Manchester and occasional visits to Milton Keynes.

The Role:

* Supervising drilling rigs across geotechnical and site investigation projects

* Varied work across rail, energy and highways sectors

* Fast progression route to Senior / Project Engineer level

* Funded training courses plus 1-to-1 access to a Leadership Coach

* Monday to Friday, 45 hours + overtime and alternate weekend availability

* Field based - covering sites up to Manchester, flexible on location

The Candidate:

* 3 years' experience within geotechnical / site investigation work

* Able to supervise drilling rigs

* Full driving license

* Happy to travel to sites up to Manchester and the office in Milton Keynes when needed

* Looking to progress towards Senior level
