Reporting to the Process Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, improving and optimising our production assets. You’ll collaborate across engineering and production teams to keep our operation running safely, efficiently and reliably.

• System optimisation – work with engineering teams to improve performance, reduce downtime and drive technical improvements.
• Mechanical & electrical maintenance – diagnose and repair faults using advanced tools and techniques.
• Safety & compliance – ensure full adherence to LOTO, electrical safety and environmental standards, maintaining detailed CBM records.
• Infrastructure support – maintain site utilities and electrical distribution systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Team collaboration – partner with production teams and mentor apprentices, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lean practices – support 5S, Kaizen and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives.
• Condition monitoring – conduct vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound and other predictive maintenance activities.

• Recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Experience in a multi‑skilled maintenance role within FMCG, manufacturing or industrial environments
• Hands‑on CBM experience
• Advantageous certifications in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics or rotating machinery
• Experience using CMMS systems
• Strong mechanical fault‑finding skills
• Fluent English (written & verbal)
