We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a busy Groundworks and Civil Engineering project with an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Groundworks Setting Out Engineer looking for work with a well-established contractor. A total station is already available on site, so there is no requirement to provide your own equipment.

Duties
 
* Setting out for groundworks and civil engineering works
 
* Reading and interpreting construction drawings
 
* Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to specification
 
* Working closely with the Site Manager and Groundworks team
 
* Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate setting out records
 
* Supporting the successful delivery of the project
Requirements
 
* Previous experience working as a Setting Out Engineer
 
* Experience setting out Groundworks projects
 
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings
 
* Checkable work references
 
* Valid photo  gain access to site
 
* Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
 
* Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
