Lead Engineer - Building Services

Northampton | Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join the facilities management team at a prestigious engineering and technology campus in Northampton.

This is a hands-on role leading a small team of engineers while carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a technically advanced site. You'll also support small project and installation works, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

• Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, plumbing systems, emergency lighting, distribution boards, pumps, strainers and general building services.

• Mechanical or Plumbing bias preferred, although strong multi-skilled HVAC or Electrical Engineers will be considered.
• Experience with in commercial building services or facilities management.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Previous experience leading or supervising engineers.
• Happy to remain hands-on and support project works.
• Located within approximately 45 minutes of site.

• Up to £50,000
• Two annual performance bonuses of £500
• 31 days annual leave
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• No regular on-call requirement
