About the role:

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Process Team Manager. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, creating a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), LOTO and food safety standards, championing safe engineering practices across the shift.
Manage team performance through appraisals, return-to-work interviews, training plans and effective performance management.
Support the development of engineering capability through coaching, skills development, certification management and apprentice mentoring.
Plan, prioritise and coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, RCA, Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance.
Monitor and improve engineering KPIs, including preventative maintenance delivery, MTBF, MTTR and asset reliability measures.
Ensure accurate use of SAP CMMS, maintaining high standards of maintenance reporting, data quality and asset management.
Manage engineering resources, contractors, permits, RAMS, isolations and shutdown activities to ensure safe and effective delivery of maintenance work.
Support cost control and efficiency initiatives through waste reduction, spare parts optimisation and ongoing review of maintenance practices and performance.

Experience and Key Attributes:

Proven experience leading engineering maintenance teams within an FMCG, brewing, packaging or manufacturing environment.
