Job Title:
Engineering Supervisor Salary: £55,000 per annum
Location:
Brighton, BN88 Job Type: Technical / Engineering
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 05:00pm
Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate a multi-skilled engineering team, ensuring the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and day-to-day engineering activities across commercial facilities in Brighton and Sussex. You'll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, fabric technician and 2 apprentices, providing technical guidance, supporting development and maintaining a strong focus on safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage, plan, coordinate and oversee team workloads, deadlines and day-to-day activities to ensure effective service delivery
· Provide holiday, training and sickness cover for other members of the engineering team
· Guide team members in applying relevant engineering practices and procedures, sharing technical expertise and supporting effective teamwork
· Help ensure PPM and reactive works are completed in accordance with applicable procedures, manufacturer requirements, asset needs and site standards
· Managing a team of engineers, fabric technician and 2 apprentices. Requirements
· Proven Supervisory experience.
· Strong technical knowledge within a commercial facilities environment.
· Experience managing and coordinating engineering teams.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to provide technical guidance and support the development of engineers and apprentices.
· Right to work in UK What's on Offer · £55,000 per annum package
