Process Engineer

What You Will Do Asa Process Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer), you will provide engineering support across manufacturing operations, applying engineering principles and continuous improvement techniques to enhance equipment reliability, production efficiency, and operational performance. Working closely with production, maintenance, quality, and project teams, you will help deliver maintenance activities, process improvements,andengineeringprojectsthatsupportbusinessobjectivesforsafety,quality,cost,and delivery.

Assistwiththespecification,installation,validation,andcommissioningofmanufacturingequipment.

Developandmaintainengineeringdocumentation,procedures,technical standards,and records.

Collaboratewithquality,operations,maintenance,andprojectteamstoachievebusinessobjectives.

Analysemanufacturingdataandperformancemetricstoidentifyimprovementopportunities.

Ensurecompliancewithhealth,safety,environmental,andqualityrequirements.

Supportcapitalprojects,processoptimisationinitiatives,andoperationalimprovementprogrammes.

What We Are Looking For Required Degreein Process Engineering ,Manufacturing Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,orarelateddisciplinewithaminimumof1yearofrelevantexperience;orTwo-yeartechnicalqualificationwithaminimumof6yearsofrelevantengineeringexperience;or Anequivalentcombinationofeducationandpracticalengineeringexperience.

Experiencesupportingmanufacturingorproductionenvironments.

Knowledgeofengineeringprinciples,manufacturing processes,andequipmentmaintenancepractices.

Stronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills.

Abilitytoworkeffectivelywithincross-functional teams.

Goodcommunicationandorganisationalskills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Officeandengineeringdocumentationpractices .Commitmenttosafety,quality,andcontinuousimprovement.

Beneficial Experience with Lean Manufacturing ,Six Sigma,orothercontinuousimprovementmethodologies.

Knowledgeofreliabilityengineeringandpreventativemaintenanceprogrammes.

Familiaritywithmanufacturingsystems,KPIs,andperformancemonitoringtools.

Experiencesupportingequipmentinstallations,upgrades,orcapitalprojects.
