We are extremely proud of our Early Careers Programme which is an integral part of our Talent Attraction Strategy however we recognise that we need to do more to create opportunities for talented women engineers who are significantly underrepresented in both Motorsport and Engineering. Diverse representation is a prerequisite for harvesting diverse ideas and perspectives, and we are committed to identifying, understanding, and removing the obstacles that inhibit Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and taking action to address the disproportionately low number of female engineers in our industry.

We are delighted to introduce our Accelerating Women in Engineering Programme which is open for applications for both Graduates and Placements providing exposure to a breadth of engineering within Formula 1 and Advanced Technologies working alongside some of the world’s leading engineers. We are launching our application process, with the programme commencing in September 2027.

Both programme will offer:

• Rotations within the business in both Formula One and Advanced Technology
• A mentor assigned to each participant on the programme
• Opportunity to join our HPP Women’s Network and Women in Engineering Project Team
• Variety of benefits such as F1 collective bonus, company pension, opportunity to join our private healthcare and car lease scheme as well as an onsite gym and subsidised staff restaurant

The salary for our graduate scheme is £33,000 and the programme will last 2 years

The salary for our placement scheme is £30,000 and the programme will last 1 year

• Currently studying or completed a degree in mechanical, automotive, aerospace or motor sport engineering
• Your are currently on track for or are in receipt of a 2:1 degree
• An excellent understanding of engineering first principles
• Curious and tenacious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Practical, “hands‑on” experience to complement your academic studies
• Self-motivated, thorough engineers that are adaptable, creative, and innovative
• The courage to challenge and desire to be challenged, to expand your technical knowledge and skills
• Available to attend our Accelerating Women in Engineering Programme Workshop on Friday 11 th December 2026

• If shortlisted you will be invited to attend our Workshop & Assessment Day which will take place on Friday 11 th December at our factory in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. At our Accelerating Women in Engineering Programme Workshop you will gain insight into F1 & Advanced Technologies ing part in activities such as speed networking, a tour of the factory, interactive practical group activities and hearing from inspiring role models.
