We’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis Monday to Friday, based in our Crick site (Hybrid 2-3 days per week on site depending on business needs and travel when required).

• Implement processes and systems for the site finance team to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the site ethos and strategy.
• Build strong partnerships and maintain relationships with all Operational Managers, General Managers, Customer Senior Managers and their teams.
• Produce financial and operational management reporting for the site, business and customer, including P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accruals and prepayments are justified and in line with accounting standards.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, perform ad hoc variance analysis and ensure integrity of invoicing and P&L entries.
• Partner with the central finance team to help monitor debt relating to the site and execute plans to address it.

• ACCA or CIMA qualified or working toward (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally in a similar environment that includes open/closed book contracts.
• Positive attitude, love the work environment, and ability to promote positive flow throughout workforce.
