Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting for a top-performing estate agency branch in Northampton, known nationally for exceptional mortgage lead volumes and conversion rates.

This is a lead-rich, high-earning role with all appointments provided and full admin support.

What’s on offer

* Basic salary £27,000–£31,000 (incl. car allowance)

* Financial guarantees up to £45,000 over the first 5 months

* Uncapped commission (highly competitive)

* OTE £60k Year 1, £75k–£90k+ thereafter

* 10–12 warm mortgage leads per week

The role

* Whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice

* Write 2–3 cases per week (avg £2,500 case size)

* Work closely with a high-volume estate agency team

* FCA-compliant advice from enquiry to completion

Requirements

* CeMAP qualified

* Minimum 12 months mortgage advisory experience

* Strong sales and client-management skills

* Full UK driving licence
