Finance Analyst – Manufacturing | £60,000 | Newly Qualified / Finalist

We’re working with a forward-thinking, progressive manufacturing business in Northampton that’s investing heavily in growth, systems, and people — and they’re now looking to bring in a talented Finance Analyst to support that journey.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (or finalist close to qualifying) who wants to step into a commercially focused role with real visibility across the business.

• Partner with operations and senior stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight
• Analyse product costings, margins, and performance trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting and systems
• Get involved in strategic decision-making and ongoing business transformation

• ACCA / CIMA finalist or newly qualified
• Experience with in manufacturing or a product-based environment is highly desirable
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence
• Keen to develop in a fast-paced, evolving environment
