Were looking for an experienced qualified Paraplanner to join our team and support the delivery of clear, practical financial advice for our clients. This role is suited to someone with established paraplanning experience who is comfortable producing technical analysis and client reports as part of the advice process. Youll work closely with consultants and directors, using your technical knowledge, attention to detail and strong communication skills to support high-quality client outcomes.
What youll do: apply regulatory and compliance requirements when producing advice documentation carry out technical research and analysis to support appropriate financial planning recommendations gather and review client information to support financial planning advice prepare suitability letters, reports, and other client-facing documentation review pensions and investments using company tools and models support consultants and the wider team with technical and compliance-related tasks What were looking for: financial services experience specifically in a paraplanning role, with responsibility for producing suitability reports and recommendations Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or higher is preferable (experienced and partly-qualified paraplanners will also be considered) strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, well-structured client documentation clear written communication skills and a professional, organised approach This is a certification function role under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), so annual FIT assessments and certification renewal will be required.
