An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high‑calibre finance professional to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance team based in Northampton.

This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant seeking to transition from audit or commercial finance into a strategic advisory environment, with direct exposure to transactions, value‑creation initiatives, and senior client engagement.

• Prepare high‑quality business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and strategic financial forecasts
• Support the execution of live transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion
• Conduct market research and identify prospective acquisition targets, investors, and buyers
• Assist with company valuations, exit planning strategies, and fundraising activities
• Deliver and support financial due diligence engagements
• Analyse financial and commercial performance to support strategic decision‑making
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service delivery
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, advisers, and transaction teams throughout deal execution

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Background within Audit, Transaction Services, or Commercial Finance

• Strong analytical capability with excellent financial and commercial acumen
• Demonstrable interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Strategic Advisory
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment
• Full UK driving licence
