We are working with a growing and highly ambitious Chartered Wealth Management firm and are seeking an Associate Wealth Manager to join its Northampton-based team.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner or Associate Adviser looking to take the next step towards becoming a Financial Planner. You'll receive structured mentoring, technical training and client exposure, with a clear pathway into a Wealth Manager position.

Working closely with Senior and Chartered Wealth Managers, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process, preparing recommendations, conducting research and attending client meetings whilst developing your own client‑facing skills to inherit clients in the near future.

• Diploma qualified, ideally working towards Chartered
• Experience with in a Paraplanning or similar technical financial planning role
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning solutions
• Excellent attention to detail and report‑writing skills
• Ambitious, professional and keen to progress towards a client‑facing advisory career
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
